To a former friend

We were once so close, there wasn't a day that went by that we weren't together having fun. You can say we were friends, but to us it felt more like sisters. But now ask me what she is, and I'll say nothing, not even a friend. It's just really funny how you can go from friends forever, to two girls that just changed, or lost the friendship. Maybe it was me? Maybe it was you? Whatever it was, thank you for making me realize that people aren't who they say they are, and that friendships actually just don't matter.
